This is a 7-inch 45 rpm "extended play" disc recorded by the Hampstead
Parish Church Choir under Martindale Sidwell, who sing items (2)(3)(4);
Sebastian Forbes (treble) sings solo in item (1) & with Andrew
Ryan (treble) in item (2).
